Manchester introduces Aether

Manchester Airport has announced a new experience, to start on 4th November 2024.

The official release states that this will be the United Kingdom's first Private Terminal accessible to all passengers.

It is a private space away from the main terminal with its own seamless check-in and then a chauffeur to the flight.

Chef Adam Reid (a Great British Menu winner and renowned Manchester chef) has designed the menu.

At the time of launch, the airline list is British Airways, Brussels Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Emirates, Hainan Airlines, SAS, Turkish Airlines, and Virgin Atlantic.

There are a few different price points.

Express - £90, departures only, cabin bags only, Aether terminal security, chauffeur car to gate, complimentary light refreshments, can arrive seventy-five minutes before departure, must arrive sixty minutes before departure

Inclusive Cabin Bags - £150, departures, arrivals, return, cabin bags only, access to the Aether terminal, Aether terminal security, chauffeur car to gate, a la carte menu, inclusive drinks, can arrive three hours before departure, must arrive sixty minutes before departure

Inclusive Checked Bags - £170, same details as the previous option, suitable for checked bags, must arrive two hours before departure
